Took it easy

60min cardio, ??mi, +weights; 633 total cal.

Got the kids up early to hit the gym.  Didn't go all out as I didn't want to be to fatigued to drive later.  Five hours isn't that bad, but still not fun if I'm overly tired.  I do have a 2L of Diet Pepsi to keep me away if needed!
