Amazing!

60min cardio, 3.02mi, weights, 710 total cal

After 3 days off from the gym today's workout was amazing!  Very happy about what I did on the treadmill.  At the end I was able to sustain my heart rate at 160-ish bpm for 10 min.  I figure if I wanna run a marathon I'm going to have to do that for 4 hours!

I really can't wait until I'm able to get my new shoes.  I wanna start running!!
