Knee is better today.

65min cardio, 3.03mi, weights; 879 total cal

I didn't add any jogging/running today.  My knee didn't hurt at all.  Very happy with that.  Also got in an extra 5 min.  Not much, but I am behind on my goal for the month.  I have to do 62min every day for the rest of the month to catch up.  I can do that. :)  I CAN do that.  I *WILL* do that! :)

Weights were good too.  I don't really lift much.  I only do one set of 20 reps.  I know I should be doing less weight, fewer reps and doing another set, but I'm good with what I'm doing. :)  For now at least.
