Have to work harder

I'm having to work harder to burn the same amount of calories.  Well it seems harder!  I've added some one min 'sprints' 3 times into today's workout.  Maybe next week I'll do 2 min.  By sprints I mean I'm lightly jogging at 3.5mph instead of walking.  Ok here's what I did today:

Started with getting the incline up to 15%.
0-5 2.5mph
5-10 2.6
10-15 2.7
15-20 2.8
20-25 2.9
25-26 3.5
26-30 3.0
30-31 3.5
31-35 3.0
35-36 3.5
36-40 2.9
40-45 2.8
45-50 2.7
50-55 2.6
55-58 2.5
58-60 0% incline 2.5mph

I'll try to keep up with that for a week and go from there.
