YAY I'm back!

30min, 2.31mi, 285cal +weights

I forgot my heart rate monitor, so I just went with what the treadmill said.

I didn't go for very long today.  Want to work my way back into it.  My knee doesn't hurt.  I feel pretty good too.  I ran at 6mph for 5 min twice.  Never done that before.  Pretty exciting.  I think I'll stay at 30min until I can run at 6mph for the full 30min, then increase my time.  I tend to make these plans and never end up really sticking to them!
