Getting my running legs back

I'm working up to it.  Still don't have new shoes.  Doing it anyway.  I was a bit tired today.  Sore from yesterday I figure.

Can I say that I hate water weight and my 'monthly' cycles?  Last Friday I was 182, I'm now up to 190.  Granted Saturday night I did go off plan, but not 8lbs worth of off plan.  Have to keep my chin up and focused on my end goal. :)
