Cheated yesterday

65min, 4.44mi, weights, 738cal

I had 3 slices of pizza and 5 drinks with 2oz of Bourbon and Diet Pepsi.  Way over on calories, but I felt great this morning.  Not even hung over!  Had a wonderful run.  Stayed at an even 5mph and got my 5k to less than 38min for the first time.  Granted this is on a treadmill.  Right now I'm concentrating on losing the weight before I really start training.  Plus the only indoor track is super short.  Takes 14 laps to go one mile.  That's 44 laps for a 5k.  BORING!! lol
