Under 200 again!!

I did the same workout as when I got to 811 calories, but because I weigh less now I'm burning fewer calories.  Kind of a double edged sword.  I am finding that I am doing more at a lower heart rate!  My 'warm up' is now what I thought would be impossible just a few weeks ago.  I am so proud of myself.
