A little less today. I have loads of housework I need to catch up on, and it's hard to do when I'm tired from a killer workout.
I am thinking next week I may go for zero grade and try jogging. Alternate weeks of walking w/ incline and jogging w/o. We'll see how well I am able to keep up a good jog next Monday, eh!
