Great Weekend!

I increased the incline from 7.5% to 8.5%, and for almost 2 min I upped the speed from 3mph to 4mph.  I could feel it during the workout, but I feel great now.  I didn't add to much. :)

I did have an amazing weekend with my folks and friends.  Drank waaay to much beer, but I did feel myself missing my treadmill time.  That is very happy!
