New Routine

65min, 4.28mi, 769cal

I'm incline-walking for about 40/45min, jogging til the full 60, then the machine goes into an automatic cool down.  I'll increase the jogging time by a min or so each week.  I don't think I have compartment syndrome, I'm just really bad at overdoing it I think.  I am stretching when I'm done now.  I know that helps a lot. :)
