Went anyway!

I walked today and read my Kindle.  Plus my husband let the kids go to his office and color.  It was a wonderful workout.  I forgot how nice it is to read while I walk.  I did sooo well in October when I was walking and reading.  Trying to run really messed me up.  I'll keep up with the walking a bit longer.  See how much weight I can lose in January.  Start running again in February?
